Information SiteMate uses

SiteMate stores the account, customer, job, invoice, expense, note, photo and receipt information you choose to add. The app can use microphone and speech recognition permissions when you choose to speak a day entry.

How information is used

Your information is used to provide app features such as sign in, cloud sync, job logging, invoice records, support, subscription status and AI-assisted day entry sorting.

Third-party services

SiteMate uses Supabase for account and cloud data services, Apple for Sign in with Apple and subscriptions, and OpenAI-backed processing through secure backend functions for AI day entry features.

Usage statistics and subscription checks

SiteMate records basic account-linked events such as app visits, trial access, purchase attempts, purchase syncing and optional feedback about subscribing. These help us understand which features work and where users encounter problems. These statistics do not contain your job notes, photos or recordings. You can switch off basic usage statistics in Settings.

Apple-signed subscription updates keep paid access accurate when a subscription renews, expires or is refunded, including when the app is closed. We do not use this information for advertising tracking or sell it to data brokers.

Your choices

You can export your records and delete your SiteMate account in the app. Deletion removes your account, business records, uploaded files and account-linked usage statistics. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription; manage that separately in your App Store subscription settings. You can also contact support@sitemate.app for help with privacy questions.
