The new iPhone update is with Apple for review. What this means for you

How it works

Start with one client.
Find your own rhythm.

You don’t have to organise your whole business in one sitting. Start with the next piece of work.

01

Get settled

A few details, and you’re in.

Sign in and finish setup with the kind of work you do. Add business details that you want on your invoices. Eligible new accounts then receive a one-time 3-day Pro trial, with no card or automatic charge.

02

Add a person

Put your first client in place.

Open Clients and add their details. You can save a client before there is any work to attach to them. When the next project comes along, pick the same client again.

03

Make a plan

Give the work a name.

Open Work, add a project or appointment and choose its client. Set a planned date and time if useful. Add a location for a visit, or leave it blank for remote work.

04

Keep the day

Record it while it’s fresh.

Use the timer or log time manually. Add expenses and receipts as you go. Or speak or type a day note, then check the AI suggestions for client, work, hours and costs before saving.

05

Bring it together

Send the invoice. See what’s due.

Open Money, then Invoices & quotes. Create the invoice, check its details and export the PDF. Keep payment status up to date so the Money view reflects your records.

Already have an account?

Keep your work. Meet the new look.

The Days & Dues update uses your existing account, records and subscription. Continue with the same sign-in method.
